Sponsorship

The scholarship program is sponsored by the Audubon Sports Boosters.  Funds are generated from membership fees and concession stand proceeds throughout the year.  Up to four (4) scholarships valued at $500 will be awarded to selected AHS graduating seniors.

Eligibility

• Be a senior at Audubon High School (AHS) with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher and zero code of conduct violations.

• Plan to attend a 2-4 year university, college, community college, or trade/vocational/technical institute beginning in the fall of the student’s graduation year.

• The parent/guardian must be in good standing with the Audubon Sports Booster Club for at least two (2) years, meaning having paid membership dues and worked one concession stand shift per sport their athlete participated in each year. An exception applies to students who attend AHS only for their senior year, if they and their parents meet these requirements during that year.

• Applications must be submitted via the on-line application by March 15.  No late applications will be accepted.

• Applications can be obtained from Audubon Sports Booster website, www.audubonsportsboosters.org.

• Scholarship recipients will be announced at the AHS Awards Ceremony in May.

• Awards will be issued directly to the recipient(s) prior to the fall semester.
